Does dark roast coffee have more caffeine?
A darker roast does not automatically mean more caffeine. The beans, amount of coffee used, brewing method and serving size all affect the caffeine in your cup. Choose among these coffees for their flavor profiles rather than assuming the darkest one provides the most caffeine.
Is French roast the same as dark roast?
French roast is a style within the dark roast family. Coroner's Coffee™ is our Honduras French roast, with a pronounced smoky profile. The other coffees in this collection offer different expressions of a dark roast, from Sumatra's earthy depth to Colombian chocolate and caramel notes.
