Shipping policy

We make every effort to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days from the date of placement, excluding Sundays and major holidays. Shipping will be facilitated using the address information provided with your order; kindly ensure its accuracy. Firehouse Coffee disclaims responsibility for inaccuracies in shipping addresses, and customers may be liable for any additional fees incurred to correct the address.

Our standard shipping method is through USPS, though we reserve the right to utilize alternative carriers when deemed necessary. Please note that we observe closure during major holidays, including New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Upon scheduling your shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 3-4 days, please reach out to us. Once packages leave our facility, Firehouse Coffee assumes no responsibility, and we do not guarantee specific arrival times.

Currently, we exclusively ship within the continental USA, with the exception of military bases and APO addresses. If issues arise with deliveries to these specific addresses, kindly contact us, and we will promptly address the matter. We proudly support the men and women defending the USA!
