Named for the firefighter working the pump panel, Pumper Monkey™ brings some firehouse personality to the extravagant flavor of Bananas Foster—the famous New Orleans dessert traditionally prepared with bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon and rum.
This flavored coffee begins with premium Arabica beans roasted in small batches before being layered with the flavors of ripe banana, creamy vanilla custard and warm cinnamon. Dark rum and banana liqueur flavors complete the cup with the unmistakable character of classic Bananas Foster.
Sweet banana leads the response, vanilla custard brings smooth dessert-like richness and cinnamon adds just enough warmth to balance the cup. The rum-inspired finish makes this far more than ordinary banana coffee.
