But Trauma Mama® isn't just a name.
The inspiration came from my years working in emergency medicine and flying on a MedEvac helicopter. Trauma Mama® was named after a trauma surgeon I worked with — the kind of person you wanted around when everything went sideways. That emergency medical background became part of the personality behind what would become our signature flavored coffee.
In EMS terms, here's the patient report:
A coffee bean sustained multiple avulsions after contact with a high-powered coffee grinder. The bean was evaluated by a gourmet coffee roaster and found tastefully unstable. Bean resuscitation included a bolus of caramel and an IV drip of wild rum to bring the roast back to life.
The result? Wild Rum & Caramel Flavored Coffee with a smooth aroma, buttery rum character and creamy caramel finish.
Our premium coffee beans are carefully roasted before being flavored, allowing the coffee and the wild rum and caramel flavors to complement one another in every cup. Enjoy Trauma Mama® black, add a splash of cream, or brew it however you like your flavored coffee.
