With any issue, please reach out to us with your problem or concern so we can address it appropriately.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Unless there is a manufacturer defect or mistake in fulfillment you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase at our request. Firehouse Coffee will not pay postage for any returns.

• Subject line: Refund/Exchange
• Original order number
• Reason for the return/exchange
• Contact information to include a phone number

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

• Some items cannot be returned if they are opened
• Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange
• If your clothing item is in "like new condition" we may allow an exchange of your clothing item for a different size or color depending on availability
