Firehouse Coffee’s personalized coffee wedding favors contain 2.5 ounces of ground coffee in a kraft bag with your two names and wedding date. Each favor is $4.95, plus one $65 setup fee per order. There is no minimum order. Allow 30 days for preparation, plus shipping time.
How much do coffee wedding favors cost?
Budget for the coffee bags and the setup fee together. At Firehouse Coffee, the calculation is number of favors × $4.95 + $65, before applicable shipping and tax. The setup fee applies once to the order, including when you mix coffee selections.

The $4.95 bag price is not the complete per-guest cost once setup is included. For example, 100 favors total $560 before shipping and tax, or $5.60 per favor. Check the current total in the wedding-favor order builder as you plan.
How many favors should you order?
Start with how you will hand them out. One bag at each place setting means one favor per guest. One bag in each hotel welcome bag means one favor per welcome bag. Decide which approach fits your celebration before using your guest count as the order quantity.
You can add a few extras for keepsakes or last-minute guests. There is no minimum, so a small bridal shower or intimate wedding can use the same personalized design as a larger reception.
Choose coffee for your guests
You can mix the coffees available in the order builder and choose a separate quantity for each. A regular coffee, a flavored option and a decaf choice give guests a little variety. Every favor contains ground coffee; these favors are not whole bean bags or instant coffee.
For example, an order could include 10 Colombian, 10 Bananas Foster and 5 decaf Colombian favors. The coffee type and any decaf sticker appear on the back, leaving your personalized design on the front. Label your display areas so guests can find the option they prefer.
Personalize the names and wedding date
The “the perfect blend” kraft-bag design includes two names and your wedding date. Enter them in the order builder and check the illustrative preview carefully. The actual bag photo on the ordering page shows the finished style; printed color and texture can differ from the screen preview.
Before adding favors to your cart, check both names, the date, each coffee selection and each quantity. Ask someone else to proofread the names with you.
When should you order coffee wedding favors?
Allow 30 days for preparation, plus shipping time. Work backward from the date you need the favors in hand, especially if you will assemble welcome bags or travel before the wedding. A wedding date exactly 30 days away does not leave additional time for shipping.
