Can I choose whole bean or ground coffee?
Choose from the grind and bag-size options available on your selected product. Subscription availability is shown on the product page.
Will I receive a different coffee each time?
Your subscription repeats the coffee and options you select. It is not a rotating mystery box.
How do I manage my subscription?
Select Manage My Subscription and enter the email address associated with your subscription to receive a secure login code. You can also use the portal link in your subscription or order-confirmation emails. Available options may include changing your next order date, skipping a delivery, updating products or quantities, or pausing your subscription. Make changes before your next order is processed.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, without a cancellation fee. Cancel before your scheduled charge date to stop the next recurring charge. Canceling stops future orders; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged or processed. Read our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
