Rich Irish cream and buttery butterscotch come together in For the Birds™, Firehouse Coffee’s Highlander Grogg decaf. This smooth, aromatic flavored coffee brings a creamy character and a warm, buttery finish to your mug, whether you are easing into the morning or enjoying coffee after dinner.
Coffee details
- Flavor: Creamy Irish cream and golden butterscotch flavors with a smooth decaf finish.
- Bag sizes: 12 oz • 1 lb (16 oz) • 5 lb.
- Packaging: All bag sizes include a one-way degassing valve to release carbon dioxide while helping keep outside oxygen out and preserve freshness.
- Grind: Whole bean or ground.
- Coffee: Premium 100% Arabica coffee beans.
- Caffeine: Decaffeinated coffee; a small amount of caffeine remains.
- Decaf process: Swiss Water® Process; decaffeinated before roasting and flavoring.
- Alcohol: No alcohol; the spirit-inspired character comes from flavoring.
- Roasting: Roasted in small batches in Maxatawny, Pennsylvania, USA. Flavoring is added after roasting.
- No added sugar.

Swiss Water® Process Decaf
We begin with Swiss Water® Process decaffeinated Arabica coffee. At our roastery in Maxatawny, Pennsylvania, we roast the beans in small batches, then add the Irish cream and butterscotch flavor after roasting.
Firehouse Coffee is owned by Mike Adams, a retired firefighter and MedEvac flight paramedic with over 40 years of service. Every small batch comes from our Maxatawny, Pennsylvania roastery. Meet Mike.
