Choose ground or whole bean coffee in 12oz, 16oz (1 lb) or 5lb bags. We roast our 100% Arabica coffee in small batches in Maxatawny, Pennsylvania, then add the salted caramel flavor.

The Story Behind Caramel Alert!™

During my years working as a MedEvac Flight Paramedic, we routinely called Trauma Alerts while transporting critically injured patients to the emergency department. Hearing “Trauma Alert” over the radio meant an entire medical team was preparing for the patient’s arrival.

Years later, when I created this coffee, I wanted to give that familiar phrase a lighter and much more enjoyable meaning: Caramel Alert!™

The vintage red warning light featured on the bag is a playful nod to those emergency alerts. Instead of signaling a trip to the trauma bay, it lets you know something delicious is brewing.
