We begin with 100% Arabica coffee roasted in small batches. Smooth vanilla custard creates the foundation, followed by rich caramel and the distinctive toasted sweetness of a crème brûlée’s crackling sugar top. Jamaican rum flavor arrives in the finish, bringing warmth and depth to the cup.

The result is more complex than ordinary caramel coffee—creamy, toasted and aromatic with a smooth rum-inspired finish. Despite the name, Capt. Caramel™ contains no alcohol.
