The name comes from a trauma surgeon who worked alongside founder Mike Adams’ MedEvac crews. Through hectic weekends and critical arrivals, her steady presence earned her the affectionate nickname “Trauma Mama.” This Firehouse Coffee signature honors her dedication and the healthcare teams who care for others under pressure.

We start with premium Swiss Water® Process decaffeinated Arabica beans, roast them in small batches in Maxatawny, Pennsylvania, then add our wild rum and caramel flavors. Enjoy a cup with breakfast, alongside dessert or during a quiet evening coffee break.

Firehouse Coffee is owned by Mike Adams, a retired firefighter and MedEvac flight paramedic with over 40 years of service. Every small batch comes from our Maxatawny, Pennsylvania roastery. Meet Mike.
