Warm wild rum flavor meets smooth, buttery caramel in Trauma Mama®, Firehouse Coffee's signature flavored coffee. These caramel coffee pods bring a rum-inspired depth to the cup, with a rich aroma and a rounded caramel finish. Each box contains 12 single-serve pods.

We roast our Arabica coffee in small batches in Maxatawny, Pennsylvania, before adding the wild rum and caramel flavors. Trauma Mama® contains no alcohol—the rum character is part of the flavor.

The Trauma Surgeon Behind Trauma Mama®

Some people take command of a room without ever raising their voice.

During my years as a MedEvac flight paramedic, long weekends in the helicopter meant transporting critically ill and injured patients between hospitals. At the center of many of those trauma cases was Dr. Ernest, a trauma surgeon whose calm leadership, quick decisions and commitment to her patients earned her an unforgettable nickname: Trauma Mama.

Years later, that nickname became the inspiration for Firehouse Coffee’s signature flavored coffee.
