During my years as a MedEvac flight paramedic, long weekends in the helicopter meant transporting critically ill and injured patients between hospitals. At the center of many trauma cases was Dr. Ernest, a trauma surgeon whose calm leadership and quick decisions earned her an unforgettable nickname: Trauma Mama.
That nickname became the inspiration for Firehouse Coffee’s signature flavored coffee—and this decaf version keeps the entire experience intact.
We begin with premium Arabica coffee decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process. After roasting it in small batches, we add the warm character of Wild Rum and smooth, buttery caramel.
The rum-inspired flavor provides depth, while caramel rounds out the cup with a rich aroma and lingering finish. Despite the Wild Rum flavor, Trauma Mama® contains no alcohol.
Trauma Mama® Decaf is perfect for evening coffee, winding down after a long shift or whenever you want our signature flavor without the full caffeine response.
